ROTARY DIAL TELEPHONE   K R O N E - TELEKOMMUNIKATION / Germany   (1969)

Found in Berlin's FleaMarkets in June 2011 as a  S U R P R I S E :  This
nice telephone I have never seen before - was it a  D E S I G N  STUDY ?

  

The white wheel on top of the hand-set regulates the volume.  A wheel on
the bottom of the base is for adjustment the bell-volume.
 
            ... Works well today too - especially when the power is off.
