REMARKS:

This Model is an interesting "MATHEMATICAL" Version (Custom made ? )
It has special symbols on the hammers ("+", "=", "π" & "square-2")
but the "standard" symbols on its keys ...

Modified TECHNICAL DATA of this newer Model:

   o  Pica  10 cpi ;  80 cpl
   o  Shift keys added on the right side
   o  Carriage-return / line-feed handle on the left side
   o  Carriage extended one inch, now  9 3/4 "
      (Now fitting business envelopes)

The Trick with RIBBON SPOOLING:
===============================
When operating right, both axles of the ribbon spools turn clockwise.
Both spools have to have the ribbon-ends wound up counter-clockwise.
THE RIBBON TURNS AROUND THE SPOOL WHICH HAS THE TOP-NUT FIXED - THE
OPPOSITE NUT HAS TO BE LOOSE - in order for the ribbon to move ...

RESTORATION Starts:
*******************
Nothing was working.  Discovered after disassembling, that someone
with low skills and bad tools had tried to repair - OhOh!

  (1) Cleaning, bending, oiling, re/placing springs ...
  (2) End-lever of the space-bar lever-system was broken ...
 ----> Temporarily repaired by glueing a hook made of copper-wire!
  (3) Missing a special screw on the left side of the carriage 
      for holding a ratchet lever in place - enables the rubber-
      cylinder to go back to previous lines ...
 ----> Made "the right one" out of a longer screw!
  (4) 12 (too small) ball bearings supported the carrier ...
 ----> Found 8 right ones ( 3/16" ) to exchange!
  (5) To prevent clustering of the ball-bearings ...
 ----> Made a cage out of paper clips!

RESTORATION  S T O P P E D , because MISSING PARTS ...

  (6) 4th carriage-clamp
      (... necessary, because the carriage is shaky ...)
  (7) Left ribbon feed-lever with its screw & spring
      (... enables the ribbon to spool backward ...)
